Where: Withywindle Valley Farm! Withywindle Valley Farm is a woman-owned family farm and traditional tannery in Nisqually territory. The farmer, Carissa Miller, offers high quality, ethically raised and harvested lamb and pork shares at sliding scale rates. Carissa also teaches courses on shepherding, butchering, bark tanning and more.
